We need to apologize to those of you who tried to contact us through our website over the last week or so. Unfortunately, our service provider made a few changes that meant that parts of the website were not available. It was only when one of you tried to place an order that we found the issue. We think the issue has been resolved. Things seem to have been stable for the last couple days anyway, but if you notice any problems, please give us a shout!!
Remember that we’re moving effective June 1st, and it may take a few days for us to get settled. Our website, email and phone number remains the same (except that we are dropping that old technology called “fax”). We’ll let you know when we’re fully up and operational, but in the meantime, please feel free to place your order and we’ll be happy to ship it out just as soon as we can. either before the move (less to move!) or after.
As we previously announced, Cozy Cuddles is on the move! We’ll be moving from our current location in Scarborough to a new location North of Stouffville and East of Newmarket. However, our website and phone number are staying exactly the same :)
Because of this move, our offices will be closed from May 27th to June 5th for packing and unpacking. If you wish, you can still place your order via our website and we’ll get to you just as soon as we can (either before the actual move or as soon as we get unpacked).
Once we are in place, we will be changing our pricing structure in order to adjust for our new shipping costs and unfortunately eliminate the pickup option, so you might want to buy now.

We made some minor changes to our website early this morning in preparation for some major speed improvements (coming soon). Basically we moved the site from www.cozycuddles.com/b/ to www.cozycuddles.com which should have been totally transparent to you anyway. Sometimes the links from outside sites, like Google, will still be sending you to the /b/ site. We’ve put some software in place to hopefully take care of that automatically, but if you run across anything that’s broken, please let us know. by using the Contact Us page (which we tested, and it works :))
